Comprehensive benefit coverage Apply Now Production Associate (Cutting 1st Shift)   WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE • Total compensation pay range $18-$20 depending on experience Quarterly safety bonus opportunities Weekly Pay - Fridays • Shift Days and Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm • Benefits starting DAY ONE!     WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Production Associate/Crew Member o Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily o Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the production process o All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production o Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)   SKILLS YOU BRING: o Must be at least 18 years old o Lift 75lbs unassisted & up to 150lbs with assistance o Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels o Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure o Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow o Perform different job functions on a rotating basis   WHY TRULITE: Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
