The right candidate has the ability to: Machine part from to print to end product on CNC MILL Program using Mastercam Perform in process inspection Read and interpret prints and apply GD&T 4 Day work week DAY SHIFT ****Mon-Thur 6:30 am to 5 pm( 2 hours flex time) OR 3 Day WEEKEND SHIFT ****Fri, Sat, Sun 6:00am to 6:30pm Paid Vacation and Holidays Health and Dental Insurance Monthly employee appreciation lunch with company meeting to keep everyone informed Job Requirements: Machine parts from prints to final product using mastercam and CNC Mills Perform in process inspection • Reading Skills – Strong reading skills required. Able to read, understand and follow print instructions and complex work orders. • Physical Demands – The position requires machining while standing with the use of fingers, hands and arms. Stooping, kneeling, crouching and use of ladders (under 8’) occasionally required. Lifting up to to 25 lbs. on a regular basis, occasionally up to 50 lbs. • Safety and Housekeeping – Able to follow company safety policy and report safety concerns or infractions when observed. The ability to maintain a well-organized and clean work space. Participate in daily clean-up and sweeping of department. Safety glasses required in work area (supplied by company). • Interpersonal Skills – The position requires a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong team-player skills.
