Job Duties: Assign Agents to flights and designated airport areas to ensure smooth operations and on-time performance Manage and distribute Avtech devices for passenger tracking and communication Conduct daily device inventories, document discrepancies, and report missing or damaged units Troubleshoot devices that are not properly functioning and report out of service devices. Assist passengers with baggage pick-up, loading, unloading, and resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
