Yellow/green parakeet (Ruby Hillish)

Description

It's been living outside my house for last two days. If it's yours or you want one, let me know. It's very chill, eats and drinks. We have bird baths and bird feeders so it's getting food and water, but it's not very bright and has to wait for the other birds to throw the feed to the ground. Has a metal thing on his leg. Refuses to tell me it's name. Worried for it, but nothing I can do except spend a few minutes making this ad. Cheers 3/ 9TWO1 / 8SEVEN2SIX
