Devastated family, Cockatiel got outside (Crystal River)

Gray, white with Yellow head feathers, male Cockatiel He says "Pretty Bird" and Cat calls, approx 3 y.o. "Chris P". He likes to land on people's heads but doesn't like his head touched. 2 doors were opened and apparently, he heard Carolina Wren's outside and had to go check it out. ? Just East of Publix, near Rock Crusher Rd and Hwy 44 in Crystal River FL. Please, If you know his whereabouts. REWARD.
