We are seeking a passione and motived Systems Engineer to join our team of Windows and Linux experts. In this role, you'll deploy infrastructure and build automed solutions across our growing environment. The ideal candide will have strong experience in Windows Server administrion and Linux systems, hands-on experience with automion and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash), and solid understanding of networking and distributed systems. Strong communicion and documention skills are essential, as you'll be collaboring closely with global teams. We value candides who solve complex technical challenges through root cause analysis, can adapt to a fast-paced environment, and effectively communice technical concepts. You'll make an impact by deploying and managing critical infrastructure, creing automed solutions for large-scale deployments, collaboring with teams to improve system reliability, and implementing solutions to technical challenges. Minimal Travel Required. You are expected to be onsite a minimum five days a week. Key job responsibilities - Technical Infrastructure: Deploy, manage, and support large-scale Windows and Linux environments, including virtualizion plforms and networking components - Automion & Development: Cree and maintain automion solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Bash, focusing on scalable deployment processes and infrastructure management - Cloud Services: Work with AWS or similar cloud plforms to support hybrid infrastructure environments - System Design: Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions while considering system interdependencies and limitions - Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions through root cause analysis - Documention & Training: Cree and maintain technical documention, develop training merials, and support team knowledge sharing - Collaborion: Work effectively with global teams, provide technical consultion, and support cross-functional projects - Security & Compliance: Identify security risks, develop mitigion plans, and participe in compliance efforts - Operional Support: Available for 24/7 on-call rotion and up to 20% travel About the team AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operion of all AWS global infrastructure. For salaried roles, your Amazon package will include listed sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compension will be determined based on factors including experience, qualificions, and locion.
