Seeking an Xactimate/Symbility Estimator (Denver)

Summary: Seeking an experienced estimator with strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, proficient in insurance estimating software and claims processes. Highlights: 1. Proficiency in Xactimate, Symbility, and other estimating software 2. Ability to negotiate with insurance and defend estimates 3. Strong communication and customer service skills We are looking for estimators that are deeply familiar with Xactimate, Symbility, and other insurance estimating software. We are partial to former insurance adjusters and individuals that understand how to communicate with insurance companies and defend their estimates. It is very important that you can negotiate with insurance to within 5% of your written estimate. It is also important to be able to write your estimates in a similar fashion to our other estimators to maintain consistency. We will provide examples. This position would also require travel to customer homes, to take measurements and gather photos as well. At this time, gas reimbursement is not available, but may be in the future at some point. There may be times when checks need to be picked up, and supplementation might be required too. Great customer service skills are also highly desirable and necessary. Another sought after trait in our next estimator, is the ability to do out-of-pocket estimates as well. Some of the key traits and features that we look for with our estimators include: - Good organization and follow up skills - A deep understanding of the claims process and the insurance industry - Reliable and economical transportation - Solid communication skills - Technologically savvy - Strong problem solving abilities - Experience as an adjuster within the insurance industry - A willingness to push back on insurance companies and adjusters and defend estimates - Licensing and credentials are a big plus - A strong grasp of insurance laws and policies
