Ideal Fit: • Established contractors with an LLC and insurance • Experienced low voltage techs with full toolsets • Crews or individuals comfortable working independently in the field Scope of Work: • Installation of LTE routers and solar units • Installation of IP Cameras • Fast-paced deployment environment Compensation: • Per-site rates (set with foreman based on scope) • Weekly pay via Gusto Requirements: • Full tools + ladders • Ability to terminate RJ45 (non-negotiable) • $1M General Liability + Workers’ Comp (for higher-tier contractors) • Physically capable (50+ lbs, climbing ladders, rooftop work) • Reliable transportation • Professional, dependable, and ready to move ⚠️ This is physical, production-based work.
