Help Wanted: Business Manager
The Purpose Project is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Business Manager to serve as the operational anchor of our team.
This role is unique: we need a professional who can handle the rigors of business administration while deeply understanding the nuances of the recovery landscape.
As we manage a diverse team of administrators and coaches across our outreach and recovery branches at 7501 East Colfax, the Business Manager ensures that our administrative "house" is as strong as the support we provide to our community.
Compensation & Certification
Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
Required Credentials: Must have Peer Recovery Coaching certificates and COPA certification.
Bonus Credentials: CAT (Certified Addiction Technician) or CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist) certifications are a major plus.
Note: We are willing to consider highly qualified candidates with a strong administrative background who have the willingness to obtain these certifications shortly after hire.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Technical Leadership: Utilize strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and CRMs) to manage a team of 9+ staff members and maintain a paperless, efficient office.
Meticulous Record Keeping: Apply an extreme attention to detail to financial accounts, payroll, and compliance documentation.
Operational Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for the outreach department, ensuring the community center at 7501 East Colfax runs smoothly.
Required Skills
Advanced Technical Literacy: Ability to troubleshoot digital workflows and maintain organized database systems.
Unwavering Accuracy: A habit of double-checking work and ensuring financial and regulatory data is 100% correct.
Professional Boundaries: The ability to navigate the recovery environment with a high level of ethics and confidentiality.
Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a management or high-level administrative role is required.
