We’re looking for a results-driven Collision Center Manager to lead a busy shop producing consistent volume with multiple vendor relationships. If you know how to drive cycle time, control severity, manage KPIs, and lead a strong team — we want to talk to you What You’ll Be Responsible For: Managing daily operations in a high-volume collision facility Driving production, efficiency, and on-time delivery Leading technicians, painters, and support staff Monitoring and improving KPIs (cycle time, touch time, and CSI) Maintaining and growing DRP relationships Ensuring OEM-compliant, high-quality repairs Reviewing estimates and supplements for accuracy and profitability Hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performance team Maintaining a safe, organized, production-focused environment What We’re Looking For: 3+ years managing a high-production collision shop Strong DRP and insurance relationship experience Deep knowledge of CCC/Mitchell/Audatex systems Proven ability to manage P&L and hit performance targets Leadership style that drives accountability and results Strong communication and problem-solving skills I-CAR certification preferred What You’ll Get: Competitive base salary Aggressive performance bonus structure Paid time off Career growth with a growing organization Support from ownership committed to production and profitability This is not a “sit in the office” management role.
