Summary: Seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee operations, tenant relations, and maintenance staff for a 46-unit property. Highlights: 1. Manage apartment marketing and leasing activities 2. Oversee tenant recertification and rent collection 3. Supervise maintenance staff and tenant communication Apartment Manager needed for 46 unit property in Brighton, Colorado. Position requires Marketing and leasing apartments, recertification of tenants, rent collection, maintaining tenant files, overseeing Maintenance staff, communication with management company and tenants on a daily basis. Previous apartment management experience is required. Knowledge of Rural Development and Tax Credit preferred. This position requires living on-site. Compensation is salary plus 2 bedroom apartment as partial compensation.
