Training provided for the right candidate Retail Associate – Pet Shop (Active Position) We are a busy, locally owned dog shop offering grooming, daycare, and pet supplies. We are looking for a dependable Retail Associate who is ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and product guidance - Operate register and handle sales transactions - Keep store clean, stocked, and organized - Assist with daily operations, including handling and walking dogs as needed Requirements: - Must be reliable and punctual - Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments - Able to stay on your feet and move throughout the day - Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Please note: This is not a passive or “play with dogs” position. It is a working retail job that includes physical tasks and responsibility. Experience in retail or with animals is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
