Summary: Seeking an organized and computer-savvy assistant to manage varied administrative, research, and personal tasks for a senior academic leading a non-profit. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to solve organizational problems for a senior academic. 2. Very open schedule and hours for flexibility. 3. Diverse responsibilities including research, calls, and personal tasks. This is a bit unusual. I am a senior academic (MIT) who now directs a small world-wide children’s non-profit organization from my temporary crowded shared apartment and at MIT. I am totally disorganized and need someone who can solve organizational problems, do research, make calls, pay bills, and a pot pourri of associated office and a few personal needs (e.g. “Please call my son and tell him I’ll be down on time to for Jackson’s fourth birthday party.” Please bring your own laptop. Schedule and hours are very open. Excellent computer skills are important of course.
