Opportunity for growth and professional development Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Rental Manager to lead our rental operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the entire rental process, from customer engagement to inventory management, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and a well-organized workspace for your agents. Your leadership will drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain optimal inventory control. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Must have a Massachusetts Real Estate Brokers or Salespersons License in good standing Duties Manage daily rental operations, including customer inquiries, reservations, and walk-in traffic at the front desk, 6 days a week for a team of 3-4 agents Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and perform regular inventory control checks Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining rental documentation Proven experience in sales management, retail sales, or rental operations with a strong focus on customer service Administrative experience with phone etiquette and front desk responsibilities preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members Must have at least 1 year experience with renting apartments in metro Boston Management experience is better but will train the right candidate Compensation includes a healthy individual cut and a negotiated over for every deal made by your agents Join our team as a Rental Manager where your leadership will inspire success!
