Position: Full-Time Pressure Washing Tech in Nampa and Boise, ID As a pressure washing lead, you’ll be pressure washing, detailing semi-trucks, troubleshooting equipment. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail, mechanical skills, the ability to work in various weather conditions. You must have common sense and be trainable. We are looking for reliable, hardworking leaders that can redirect employees and teach them great skills. Responsibilities; Requirements: • Demonstrate common sense and a strong work ethic • Maintain high attention to detail and deliver quality results without direct supervision • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed • Work efficiently as part of a team to maximize productivity; earning potential • Be available for flexible schedules, including weekends • Lift up to 50 pounds and handle physically demanding tasks • Foster a positive attitude and get along with other employees Starting Pay: $25 with $2 raise after training. Looking for someone that can lead a crew. While you don't have to have pressure washing experience, you will need to show that you can run a crew.
