NeuroIntegrative Care of Los Gatos provides a wide collection of Functional Medicine therapies focusing on resolving complex conditions and supporting patients as they age. We’re seeking a dependable Chiropractic Assistant to manage clinical flow, provide therapies and coordinate clinical protocols. We will train on advanced rehab equipment and patient support protocols. What we do • Lab testing and Functional Testing to get a clear diagnosis • Neuropathy and inflammation reduction therapies using state-of-the-art equipment • qEEG Brain Mapping and Neurofeedback to quantify neurological function • Gentle chiropractic and Active Release mobilization to address physical issues • Balance assessments and rehabilitation to restore balance and strength Responsibilities — Front Office • Greet patients and caregivers; manage check-in/check-out and appointment flow • Answer phones, schedule appointments, collections and basic billing tasks • Coordinate scheduling for multi-modal treatment sessions and facilitate smooth transitions between therapies in our patient day • Maintain accurate patient records, intake forms, and consent documentation in Platinum EHR system • Set up and maintain supplements and testing kits • Manage inventory of educational materials and patient supplies; prepare take-home instructions Responsibilities — Back Office / Clinical & Equipment Support • Set up patients on Laser therapy • Operate and assist patients with Sanexas neuropathy therapies. • Prepare qEEG sessions and assist with neurofeedback equipment setup/cleanup • Maintain and sanitize all specialized equipment between uses; perform routine checks and report issues Benefits include 401k, free clinical support and $100/month testing or supplement supplies.
