Tools and safety equipment provided At Bend River Window & Door Co., we design and manufacture custom wood windows and doors with an uncompromising commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We are looking to add a Sash Builder / Production Worker to our team—someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow in the trade. What You’ll Do: - Read and interpret measurements using tape measures and calipers - Assemble wood components according to the build drawings - Build and assemble window sash components - Operate woodworking equipment and cutting saws - Use pneumatic nail guns and hand tools - Install glass into wood frames - Install window hardware - Handle and move materials up to 15 – 75 lbs. throughout the day - Work both independently and with a team to meet production goals What We’re Looking For: - Experience in woodworking, construction, or a related trade preferred - Ability to read measurements and follow build instructions accurately - Strong attention to detail and quality - Reliable and consistent work ethic - Ability to work in a team environment - Reliable transportation to and from work Why Join Us: - Steady, full-time work - Supportive, team-oriented environment - Tools and safety equipment provided - Opportunity to build real skills in a specialized trade If you’re looking to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, accountability, and doing things the right way, we’d like to hear from you.
