Opportunity to take on more advanced work over time We are a custom home building team in Central Oregon looking for a beginner to intermediate construction worker to join us full time. This is a hands-on position assisting the superintendent and other crew members as needed. This role is ideal for someone with some construction experience who wants steady work, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to higher pay as skills and responsibility increase. ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing • Assisting the superintendent and crew with daily jobsite tasks • General labor including material handling, site cleanup, and jobsite organization • Supporting framing, finish work, and other phases of residential construction • Using basic hand and power tools safely • Following jobsite safety standards and instructions • Showing up on time, ready to work, and willing to learn ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Some prior construction experience (beginner to intermediate level) • Comfortable working full days on active jobsites • Reliable transportation • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team • Physically able to lift materials and perform labor tasks ⸻ Pay & Schedule • Starting pay: $20–$22/hr, depending on experience • Overtime available for dependable, high-performing workers • Full-time, steady work ⸻ Pay Increases & Growth • 30 and 60 day pay increases based on reliability and productivity • Additional pay growth tied to skill development, responsibility, and performance • Opportunity to take on more advanced work over time ⸻ Important to Know • The first 60 days are a trial period to ensure it’s a good fit for both sides • We mainly work in Sunriver, OR and Bend, OR • We focus on competitive pay, overtime opportunities, steady work, and clear expectations ⸻ Start Date ASAP
