Ensure projects are completed under no supervision We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to lead a skilled crew to deliver high-quality paving projects safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest level of quality. This is a leadership role for a working foreman and must be able to rake, run screed, and operate roller. Candidate will be expected to conduct a safe work environment, punctuality and have a self motivated work ethic. Must have a valid drivers license and ability to drive a truck and trailer. Must be able to perform physically demanding work with some overtime. Candidate must have ability to complete projects under no supervision. Must have at least 2 years asphalt experience. Full time working position Preferred applicants should have experience working as part of a team, with understanding of various aspects of the paving industry including prep work, grades, drainage and compaction.
