Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a maintenance team. * Perform landscape tasks: mowing, trimming, weeding, etc. * Ensure quality and safety standards. * Communicate with laborers effeciently * Manage team and Maintain Equipment Qualifications: * Strong landscape knowledge. * Leadership and team management skills. * Equipment operation skills. Including driving truck and trailer * Valid driver's license. * Good communication skills. We work in ALL weather conditions: Hot, Cold, Rain, Wind or Whatever Central Oregon weather brings You also must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. This job consists of lifting, bending, crouching and being on your feet most of the day.
