Responsibilities: Ability to follow and maintain all required safety procedures and processes Leading framing crews on residential projects Layouts, walls, roofs, additions, and structural framing Ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Safely operate hand and power tools Use measuring devices and read tape Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards Requirements: Minimum 2+ years residential framing experience Ability to read and comprehend blueprints Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted; perform tasks in various job site conditions. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
