We are a growing residential construction company with a self-perform focus. We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various siding techniques and construction practices, with the ability to work effectively on-site. Responsibilities: Ability to follow and maintain all required safety procedures and processes Ability to install siding, windows and doors Safely operate hand and power tools Use measuring devices and read tape Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high-quality end product Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 2+ years residential carpentry experience Ability to read and comprehend blueprints Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs., and up to 150 lbs. assisted; perform tasks in various job site conditions. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
