We provide a variety of cleaning services throughout Central Oregon, including short-term rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleans, and move-out services. Requirements * Weekend availability is required * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic * Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently * Dependable and punctual * Professional appearance and attitude * Personable and comfortable interacting with clients in their homes * Able to follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards * Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks, lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods * Must pass a background check * Previous professional cleaning experience preferred Responsibilities * Complete residential, commercial, post-construction, move-out, and deep cleaning services * Perform Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers to company standards * Follow detailed cleaning checklists and procedures * Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail * Communicate professionally with clients and team members * Ensure supplies and equipment are properly maintained and organized What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces, and understands the importance of reliability.
