We are looking for a Full Stack Developer, with strong emphasis on self-management, learning new technologies, and the ability to take a project from conception to completion. This is a full time position, working 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri Pacific Time. We are looking for developers in Atascadero and the surrounding areas (SLO, Santa Maria, etc.) Roles and Responsibilities Develop web-based applications in a collaborative environment from inception to completion Proficiency in the following technologies: ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, Git, as well as an ability to learn new technologies Work closely with in-house design team to provide technical understanding for designs and wireframes Participation in meetings with clients, in order to gather requirements and communicate progress Ability to travel as we produce projects and events across the country/world Qualifications and Technical Requirements Minimum of 3 years of professional development experience. Ability to write efficient code and identify cleaner abstractions. Strong in HTML5, React JS, Node JS, JavaScript Minimum 2+ years of Ruby on Rails experience or experience in similar web framework Minimum 2+ years of React experience Strong understanding of git/source control.
