We are a small independent boutique practice. Our staff loves coming to work and it shows. Patients have a wonderful experience at our office (check out our reviews on Google!) We are mainly a primary care clinic but see a lot of medical exams and disease as well. We are looking for an optometric technician/receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, dependable, hard working, have great communication skills, and be a team player. Experience: One year of clinical experience working in a medical office is preferred. Previous experience is preferred but not required- we will train the perfect candidate. Job responsibilities include: Primary duties include: Doing a full work up on each patient to get them ready to see the doctor. This includes collecting medical history and medications, checking visual acuity, running some preliminary tests on various machines, etc. Since we are a small office, this position also includes helping at the front desk. Some other duties include: Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
