About the Role: This is a dual-role position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can smoothly transition between front office responsibilities and clinical support duties to help maintain excellent patient flow for our chiropractors. You’ll be supported by an amazing Office Manager and Billing Specialist—people our team genuinely love working with! Front Desk Responsibilities: *Scheduling and confirming appointments *Checking patients in and out *Accepting payments *Basic front desk and administrative duties *Providing friendly, professional patient communication Chiropractic Assistant Responsibilities: *Escorting patients to treatment rooms and assisting with patient flow *Performing in-office therapies, including: *Radial Pressure Wave (Shockwave Therapy) *Class IV Laser (K-Laser) Therapy *Electric Stimulation *Assisting with cervical and lumbar decompression *Learning and performing our simple pillow fitting protocol *Assisting with therapeutic exercise handouts and demonstrating basic stretches/exercises (as appropriate) *Occasional finger-prick blood testing (Omega-3, Vitamin D, HbA1c) This is OPTIONAL—totally okay to opt out if blood isn’t your thing!
