About Us: We are a well-established private dental practice in Bend, dedicated to delivering high-quality oral healthcare and patient education to a diverse and loyal patient base. Our team includes two experienced dentists and around 10 exceptional staff members who work together in a friendly, professional, and relaxed environment. We truly believe our people are the heart of our success. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Dental Assistant to become part of our growing team. EFDA and radiology certifications are required. Whether you're an experienced dental assistant or a recent graduate ready to start your career, we encourage you to apply! Schedule: Full-time (4 days per week) Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Benefits: Full-time benefits (listed below) Essential requirements: Provide efficient and compassionate chairside assistance to our dentists Assist with patient flow and treatment planning. Communicate clearly and warmly with both patients and team members. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude with a strong focus on patient care.
