Passionate about great service, cocktails, and whiskey Assistant Manager / Bartender – Stihl Whiskey Bar Stihl Whiskey Bar is looking for a dependable, experienced Assistant Manager / Bartender to join our team. This role combines bartending with helping oversee day-to-day bar operations and supporting the staff during busy shifts. We’re looking for someone who is a strong team player, comfortable leading shifts, and passionate about great service, cocktails, and whiskey. Duties include: • Bartending and providing excellent customer service • Helping run shifts and support bartenders and floor staff • Assisting with scheduling and staff coordination • Helping with inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies • Handling cashouts and register accuracy • Maintaining a clean, organized bar and service area • Ensuring responsible alcohol service and compliance with liquor laws Requirements: • Previous bartending experience required • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be reliable and able to work nights and weekends Compensation: Hourly wage + tips (DOE)to start If you’re interested in working in a great bar environment with a strong team, please **reply with your resume and a short introduction about yourself and your experience.
