Personal Characteristics: · genuine, reliable & honest both personally and professionally · detailed, thorough & efficient with regards to quality of work · quick learner, flexible, capable of prioritizing tasks and schedules Experience & Skill Qualifications: · nested based cnc operation (1-3 yrs) · sanding & finishing (1-3 yrs) · assembly (1-3 yrs) · edgebander operation (1-3 yrs) · solid wood processing (1-3 yrs) · fine woodworking (1-3 yrs) · cabinet installation (1-3 yrs) · intermediate math and advanced English language skills · clean & seasoned driving record Responsibilities: · Utilize tools and machinery to construct, assemble, and finish cabinets according to specifications. · Read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate measurements and designs. · Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. · Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols. · Safely handle, work with and protect high value raw materials and work in process. · Communicate effectively with team members to understand their needs and provide updates on project/task progress.
