We are currently hiring for an immediate full-time opening as a Processing Technician, which involves general labor, trimming, and essential production support. **Position Summary** This entry-level, full-time role involves assisting with post-harvest plant processing, meticulous hand-trimming, cleaning, and general production support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly reliable, and thrives in a small, collaborative team environment. Consistent punctuality and a strong attendance record are non-negotiable requirements for this position. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute hand-trimming of cannabis plants with precision, care, and efficiency. * Assist the post-harvest team with various harvest and bucking activities. * Maintain impeccably clean, organized, and sanitary work areas at all times, adhering to all state regulations. * Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, crouching, and long periods of standing or sitting. * Strictly follow all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production instructions. * Support general facility and grow-house maintenance and cleanliness as directed. **Work Environment & Physical Demands** This is a labor-intensive, agricultural production environment.
