Five (6) of our institutions have formed a consortium (the Maryland Connect Workday Consortium) to leverage the Workday ERP for their Human Resources and Finance functions. \r\nUnder the direction of the Workday Technical Manager, the Workday Integrations Lead will oversee the Maryland Connect Workday Consortium’s Integrations team by managing, designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining integrations to and from Workday.\r\n\r\nPOSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\r\nService Operations and Customer Support:\r\n Leads and manages the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes for all integrations to and from Workday.\r\n Supports efforts to resolve Tier 3 & 4 issues (i.e., Service Desk tickets).\r\n Assists with integration development, testing, and validation.\r\n Identifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures and coordinates with functional teams (e.g., finance, payroll, human resources, Adaptive planning) to ensure proper support and sustainment.\r\n Technology Advancement and Service Planning:\r\n Supports planning activities on implementation projects with the goal of identifying configuration, data, and system requirements to support future state processes.\r\n Serves as a strong consultative partner to campus IT staff, functional staff, and external stakeholders (e.g., MD state resources and vendors) to continuously improve and optimize service delivery.
