ABOUT US:
Our company is a growing women owned business that was founded in early 2002.
We are a commercial cleaning and re-finishing company. We provide commercial cleaning and re-finishing services to the Multifamily, Office, and Retail sectors in the Washington D.C., Maryland & Virginia Region.
We are growing and looking for motivated, organized, and responsible candidates to add onto our field management team! This supervisor position will lead into a full-time position 40/hr. a week position & increased pay rate depending on the candidate’s progress & performance.
JOB TYPE:

SCHEDULE:
*Monday-Sunday
*(8 Hour Workday)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
*Keep inventory & make supply/material orders
*Delivering materials and supplies to field teams throughout D.C., MD & VA
*Communicating daily with field teams regarding their work, schedule changes, task assignments & introducing new employees to field teams.
*Communicate daily of new service requests with field teams & office managements. Ensure the work gets completed.
*Maintain constant communication with clients regarding service request progress & completion + any emergencies, projects etc.
*Keep personal record of completed work by asking field teams for before and after pictures.
*Answer all work calls in a courteous manner.
*Continue and maintain respectful client relationships (property managers, leasing agents, maintenance techs, etc.)
*Perform clerical duties as required and needed (scanning, copies, helping with daily schedule)
*Be able to email clients informing emergencies, updates & project before and after etc.
*Help the onsite when needed and demonstrate a good capability of teamwork
REQUIREMENTS:
*Bilingual in Spanish & English is a MUST!
*Must be comfortable with driving throughout (DC, MD & VA)
*Must have a driver’s license
*Functional understanding of smartphones in order to stay in communication throughout day with coworkers and onsite field teams.
*Must be able to email
*Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
*Must be punctual and reliable.
