Engage in a straightforward, high-impact informational project Temporary Contract Opportunity – RealPage OneSite Expert (2-Day Informational Project) Location: Essex, MD (On-site) Compensation: $300 daily (paid at completion) Timeline: ASAP | 2 consecutive days We are seeking an experienced property management / real estate professional with advanced RealPage OneSite knowledge to conduct a short, on-site 2-day informational and system walkthrough at a residential property in Essex, Maryland. This is a straightforward, high-paying opportunity for someone who is already fluent in RealPage OneSite and understands how to pull, read, and explain operational and financial reports. No long-term commitment required. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Provide hands-on information and guidance within RealPage OneSite • Demonstrate how to pull, review, and interpret reports, including: • Budget Comparison Reports • KPI / Performance Dashboards • Variance Reports • Rent Roll Reports • Other standard operational and financial reports • Walk through best practices, workflows, and system navigation • Answer questions and provide clarity on RealPage property management functions • Ensure understanding on how to use the system accurately and efficiently ⸻ Required Qualifications • Advanced working knowledge of RealPage OneSite (non-negotiable) • Background in property management, real estate, or asset management • Strong understanding of financial and operational reporting • Ability to clearly explain reports and system functions to others • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently • Available immediately for a 2-day on-site engagement ⸻ Compensation • $300 daily, paid upon completion • This is an easy, short-term project for a RealPage-savvy professional ⸻ How to Apply Serious inquiries only.
