What You'll Do Receive on-the-job paid training to develop a deep understanding of insurance products and sales strategies. Educate and empower customers by helping them understand their insurance needs and coverage options. Drive sales and build strong relationships with clients. Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Sales-driven and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Bilingual in English and Spanish to connect with our diverse customer base. A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the company.
