You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment, detecting and deterring threats, and responding to incidents with confidence and composure. Responsibilities Maintain a strong presence by patrolling assigned areas on foot Monitor activities through CCTV and other surveillance systems Respond swiftly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, or emergencies Conduct visual inspections to detect safety hazards or policy violations Assist in emergency situations, including basic first aid if certified Document incidents and observations with professionalism and accuracy Collaborate with team members and clients to uphold safety standards Represent the 360 Security Group brand with respect and integrity What We’re Looking For Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred Knowledge of conflict resolution and loss prevention strategies Familiarity with CCTV systems and security monitoring tools First aid and CPR certification is a plus Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail Clear, confident communication skills Ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure Must be available for various shifts, including nights and weekends Must be able to pass a criminal background check Why 360 Security Group?
