You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to address business needs, leveraging Lean Management principles and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities: Actively contribute as a team player, participating in continuous improvement and Lean Management initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to meet business requirements. Utilize provided tools daily, efficiently processing a minimum of 10 OEP incidents per hour with a strong focus on quality and professionalism. Support the team with cross-functional tasks to maintain operational integrity. Build and strengthen relationships with various groups to optimize KPIs and business outcomes. Identify and communicate trends, escalating risks to leadership as needed.
