Support cross-functional initiatives and identify process improvements Job Title: Logistics Support Preferred Start Date: March 9, 2026 Assignment Length: 11 months (potential for temp-to-hire) Austin, TX 78753 $17-$18/hour  Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Support team member who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to address business needs, leveraging Lean Management principles and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities: Actively contribute as a team player, participating in continuous improvement and Lean Management initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to meet business requirements. Utilize provided tools daily, efficiently processing a minimum of 10 OEP incidents per hour with a strong focus on quality and professionalism. Support the team with cross-functional tasks to maintain operational integrity. Build and strengthen relationships with various groups to optimize KPIs and business outcomes. Identify and communicate trends, escalating risks to leadership as needed.
