If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your work, we want to meet you. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Inventory Control & Accuracy • Perform cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and reconciliations • Ensure system inventory aligns with physical stock • Investigate and resolve discrepancies (missing, damaged, or misplaced items) Material Handling & Stock Management • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials properly • Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent shortages • Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment Data Entry & Reporting • Maintain accurate inventory records using systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms • Generate reports and track inventory trends and usage • Update databases with incoming and outgoing inventory activity Vendor & Shipment Coordination • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding shipments and delivery issues • Assist with processing purchase orders and receiving documentation Warehouse Organization & Safety • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures • Support overall warehouse operations and team productivity ________________________________________ Skills & Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Experience with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and databases • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset • Analytical ability to identify trends and improve inventory processes • Forklift experience with Certification a Plus, must have updated certification ________________________________________ Requirements • Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Reliable transportation and strong work ethics • Professional, dependable, and safety-minded ________________________________________ Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
