As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their purchases accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklift Pick items from shelves according to order requirements using handheld scanners and pick lists Accurately pack items in boxes, ensuring orders are complete, well-protected, and labeled correctly Prepare packages for shipment: seal, weigh, and affix shipping labels Check for accuracy and quality of packed items Restock inventory as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with other warehouse duties as required Qualifications: Prior warehouse or order picking and packing experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift (up to 40 lbs.) for extended periods Basic English reading and math skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
