This role begins as a 1099 independent contractor. It is commission-only. There is no base salary. Contractors control their own schedule, workflow, and sales approach. High-performing contractors may be considered for future W-2 opportunities as we grow locally. W-2 opportunities are based strictly on sustained performance, professionalism, and character. This role can be a strong entry point for someone early in their career, including graduates in marketing, business, or communications. This is not an affiliate role. This is not a side hustle. This is for someone who wants to build skill, income, and credibility. About Us We operate in an emerging category where we’re solving a huge problem that our customers have already identified. We primarily sell into childcare businesses, though we also work with other service-based industries. Our product is simple to explain, fast to close, easy to adopt, and sticky. The Role Run consistent outbound activity (calls + follow-ups) Close fast, small recurring deals Start customers at an accessible $79 entry point and upgrade them to $199 over time Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up discipline Represent the company professionally Top-performing reps in similar outbound roles often generate 100+ calls per day to build pipeline and close deals. One-call closes are possible for skilled reps — but long-term success comes from consistency and follow-through. This is a 1099 role. You control your schedule and workflow. Local candidates are preferred. Optional workspace access may be available, but attendance is not required.
