Resident Manager wanted Thursday – Monday, for a total 36.5 hours per week. $18.00 an hour to start, plus a 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment with all utilities included. Paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation after the first year, paid sick days, health insurance, dental and vision plan. Primarily office coverage with some light maintenance, leaf blowing, moss and weed removal, sweeping of drives. Must have strong computer, sales, and maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be able to lift 50 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle. Good employment references and criminal background check required.
