Job Purpose and Impact The Plform Engineer will help build the foundion for the company's modern business applicions. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of modern infrastructure and cloud software engineering practices to build, secure, and maintain the core capabilities used by our da and applicion teams to drive business value.   Key Accountabilities Partners to design and develop high quality software solutions by writing clean, maintainable and efficient codes. Applies internal software deployment plform, continuous integrion or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to autome the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases. Partners with cross functional team of product managers, designers and other engineers to gher moderely complex requirements and deliver solutions th meet business needs. Writes and maintains moderely complex unit tests and integrion tests, and performs debugging to maintain the quality and performance of the software, applying test driven development as needed. Identifies and suggests options for improving the software development and deployment processes, and implements the approved standards to improve efficiency and reliability. Drafts and maintains comprehensive documention for moderely complex software applicions, deployment processes and system configurions. Provides technical support and troubleshooting for moderely complex issues with deployed applicions to ensure minimal downtime and fast resolution. Qualificions Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience Experience building and opering cloud-agnostic or hybrid infrastructure plforms, including compute, networking, storage, and identity services. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) to provision and manage scalable environments Proficiency in least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Go, Python, Bash) used for automion and plform tooling Preferred:  Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and deployment automion frameworks th enable self-service for applicion teams.  Familiarity with containerizion and orchestrion technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and plform pterns th support modern applicion delivery. Proficiency building and opering APIs used to abstract infrastructure complexity, enforce standards, and provide seamless developer experiences through automion, tooling, and governance. Familiarity deploying, managing, and engineering within a vast array of hyperscaler technologies (eg: AWS, GCP, Azure) Understanding of plform engineering principles, including internal developer plforms (IDPs), self-service capabilities, and developer experience optimizion. Experience implementing security, compliance, and governance controls within plform tooling (e.g., identity, secrets management, policy enforcement). Knowledge of observability practices including logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure plform reliability and performance. (eg: Elastic, DaDog) Ability to work across teams to define standards and improve software delivery, operional murity, and plform adoption.
