Assists Automion team to find the ideal setup for the Factory flow Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimes the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Drafts and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Identifies and negoties with other Internal functional areas for required personnel. Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documention, and presentions. Ensures correct informion for quotions Cost Feasibility Cycle time estimion Efficiencies Machine and mold configurion Secondary packaging layout Projects or sub-projects Other duties as assigned   Wh Makes You Gre Educion: Minimum 2-year degree (Associes) in reled field or equivalent, 4-year degree (Bachelor) preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years experience as an Engineer in production is required, preferably within the plastics industry, Technical Engineering background is preferred Skills: Strong organizional skills Effective communicion skills Strong mechanical aptitude and skills Mechanical and electrical skills Knowledge of packaging systems Ability to cree engineering drawings Experience with Microsoft Office Thorough understanding of technical aspects of different types of equipment Certificions/Licenses:  Lean Six Sigma (Green belt or Black Belt), preferred, not required PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred, not required CAPM (Certified Associe in Project Management) preferred, not required Other Requirements: Travel within the US up to 70% or more is expected   Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representive of those th must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
