Job Purpose and Impact The Manager, Network Engineering job sets goals and objectives for the achievement of operional results for the team responsible for maintaining the robustness and efficiency of network infrastructure across the organizion. This job leads the network devices configurion, maintenance and upgrades, and oversees network performance monitoring and troubleshooting issues. This job leads implementing stregic initiives to improve network performance, security and scalability, maintains vendor relionships, coordines budget allocions, and facilites adopting innovive technologies and best in class industry standards to sustain a cutting-edge network environment. Key Accountabilities NETWORK STRATEGIES: Leads implementing network stregies in line with organizional goals and ensures the network infrastructure supports business objectives. NETWORK DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE: Leads the setup and configurion of various network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and virtual prive networks as well as software defined networking to maintain optimal performance and security. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & OPTIMIZATION: Leads network performance monitoring and recommends continuous improvement initiives to ensure high availability and reliability. SECURITY MANAGEMENT: Leads implementing and maintaining robust network security measures to protect against thres and ensure da integrity. VENDOR & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT: Maintains relionships with vendors and service providers, supporting contract negotiion and management to ensure the best value and service quality. INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION: Stays current with emerging technologies and industry trends and coordines the adoption of innovion and modernizion within the network infrastructure. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Coordines engagement with key internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and enabling effective communicion to assure project alignment and success. TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organizion's goals, by ensuring productivity, communicing performance expections, creing goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture. Qualificions Minimum requirement of 4 years of experience leading a team of network engineers and/or implementing network stregies. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Proven experience designing and delivering network stregies and solutions across complex, global enterprise environments.
