In this role, you will: Lead and manage the business development pipeline in the Federal Civilian market, ensuring our continued growth and success. Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute account and sales plans that drive business expansion and align with our strategic goals. Maximize opportunities by leveraging your expertise in task orders and identifying new contract vehicles that support our growth strategy. Requirements: Proven experience in business development and government contracting. US Citizenship or Permanent Resident. Requirements Qualifications: Experience pursuing new business and writing winning proposals for the FDA. Exhibits a deep understanding of government contracting and target agencies. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines. A strategic mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals. Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships in strategic Federal agencies. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree and experience in building client relationships and capturing new business. Extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development and a proven track record of winning opportunities with target agencies. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and excellent word enunciation skills, are required. Salary Range: $115,000 - $200,000 Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
