Serves as a subject matter expert on the Workday integration framework.\r\n Collaborates across the Workday support team and business functions to support system functions, ensuring up-to-date documentation of integration-related system functions, processes, and capabilities.\r\n Leadership:\r\n Manages and develops the Workday integrations team, including performance management and development, daily supervision, task assignment, and oversight.\r\n Provides guidance on integration best practices, setting integration development guidelines and standard practices.\r\n Participates in design sessions that impact crossover functionality and business needs.\r\n Proactively communicates with leadership, ensuring alignment and collaboration.\r\n \r\nSalary: $120,000 - $160,000\r\nRequirements\r\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\r\nRequired Education Level/Certifications:\r\nBachelor’s degree. Related experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis with one year of full-time experience being equivalent to 30 college undergraduate credits.\r\n\r\nRequired Experience:\r\n Hands-on Workday integration experience with good communication skills.\r\n 2 years of IT experience in technical analysis, design, and implementation.\r\n 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in a post-production environment.\r\n Experience with Web Services.\r\n Experience with Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad).\r\n Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:\r\n Detailed understanding of Workday concepts and general module functionality.\r\n Understanding of basic database architecture, tables, functional interactions.\r\n Ability to recognize and understand impacts to downstream systems.\r\n Strong program/project management knowledge and skills, including ability to rapidly assess risk and identify/resolve issues.\r\n Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under various conditions and constraints.\r\n Good interpersonal skills, including relationship and conflict management.\r\n Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\r\n Understanding of IT Change Management practices.\r\n Working knowledge of Workday financial and or HR systems.\r\n \r\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\r\nPreferred Education Level/Certifications:\r\nWorkday Pro Certification in Integrations \r\n\r\nPreferred Experience:\r\n Experience in a Higher
