You will be part of a dediced team delivering enterprise infrastructure capabilities for a global workforce th supports a wide range of nional defense missions. This role directly supports the Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) organizion—the foundion of all Enterprise Informion Technology (EIT) for MPO. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Configure, manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux opering systems. Installs/loads opering system software, troubleshoot and maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing opering systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Provides support for implemention, troubleshooting and maintenance of Informion Technology (IT) systems. Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes reled to these systems. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operions, monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provide support for the dispch system and hardware problems and will remain involved in the resolution process. Optimize system operions and resource utilizion and perform system capacity analysis and planning. Analyze and resolve complex problems associed with server hardware, applicions and software integrion. Minimum Qualificions: Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university. 5 years’ experience as a Systems Administror in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Must be proficient with troubleshooting in a Windows/Linux environment. IAT I certificion (DoD 8140 required within 60 days of starting employment. Acceptable certificions include A+ CE/CCNA-Security/CND/Network+ CE /CySA+/GICSP/GSEC/Security+ CE/CND/SSCP) Preferred Qualificions: Experience/familiarizion with full lifecycle management of Linux systems, to include provisioning, configurion management and pching. Clearance Requirements: Must have a current/active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Physical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stionary position 50% of the time.
