Opportunity to advance into a closer or leadership role Location: Field-Based in Maryland Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Some Saturday's Compensation: $1,250 – $3,500 per Appointment (Closed Deals) Average year one income: $90,000+ MUST HAVE A VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Pay is weekly Overview: We are hiring driven and outgoing Appointment Setters to work with our Solar New Homeowner Program. This is a field-based role where you’ll meet directly with new homeowners in pre-assigned neighborhoods. Homes are grouped closely together (typically 3–7 minutes apart), allowing you to maximize efficiency and earning potential throughout your day. Your role is to educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar and set a qualified appointment for our solar consultant (closer) to return and finalize the deal.
