Requirements Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics Must have successfully completed CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT). Must have at least two (2) years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities. Must maintain current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process. Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks. Ability to openly discuss conflicts/controversy, and to seek assistance when appropriate to make decisions and resolve conflicts. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis is required. The Senior Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health. As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory. This position is a cross functional subject matter expert traveling 90% of the time to start new accounts and train new Specimen Collectors in the practice. As a Senior Specimen Collector: Travel to new accounts to ensure proper set up and coverage Support onboarding of new Specimen Collectors in the practice Subject matter expert with Millennium’s systems and processes Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens Process and package collections for shipping Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic, laboratory, LSA Leadership Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information.
