Visit our website to apply: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/portal/6028776899AAEBBFC24A47971852D823/career-page After 6 months you’ll know you were successful if you are able to: -Adhere to quality specifications and ensure that all products meet expectations -Successfully engaged in process improvement projects -Monitor control process in a manufacturing environment using specific tools and equipment -Perform microbiology operations and report and analyze results Minimum Qualifications -21 years or older -Education: -High School Diploma or equivalent -Applicable coursework in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, other science fields, and/or relevant food/beverage industry experience -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel for plotting/tracking data on spreadsheets, and the Google suite of products -Able to lift and laterally move by hand-filled half-kegs (154 lbs.) -Able to move heavier items such as kegs, drums, totes, and pallets, using tools such as a hand truck or pallet jack Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, with a Wednesday rotation of 4-days-on/3-days-off and then 3-days-on/4-days-off. The shifts are 12-hour shifts, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pay & Benefits: Wage range - $20.25- $24.00/ hr.
