Troubleshoot production issues and ensure proper documentation LOCATION: Philomath Oregon USA PAY RANGE: $25-$42/hour BENEFITS: Vacation time, Sick Leave SHIFT: M-F 6am-2:30pm RESPONSIBILITIES CNC Programming using Fusion Program, set up and operate various machines, including 3, and 5-axis CNC mills and CNC lathes, with minimal supervision. Load, adjust, and edit CNC programs Perform complex setups Perform advanced quality inspections and apply blueprint/GD&T knowledge. CMM experience a plus. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure proper documentation and processes. Maintain a clean, organized workspace. Support additional tasks like spot-checking parts and deburring as needed. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of CNC machining experience required. Experience on 3,4,5 axis mills required. Experience on CNC lathe required. Knowledge and ability to understand "G" and "M" codes required. Able to work within tight tolerances. Able to use precision measuring tools. Able to comprehend and read blueprints, schematics, and drawings. Able to follow directions in a fast-paced production environment.
